Depending on your inverter manufacturer: either we ship you the small Ogniwo device (plug it into power and your network), or you just enter an API key from your manufacturer's cloud. No technician, no home visit.

Absolutely not. Our device just 'talks' to your home battery through an official, safe connection — we don't modify anything, open anything up, or touch your hardware. Your manufacturer's warranty stays fully intact.
The system works offline — optimisation keeps running even without internet. It only needs to connect once a day to fetch the latest electricity prices. On top of that, the local dashboard is always accessible from your home Wi-Fi network, whether the internet is up or not. Your battery and equipment carry on working normally the whole time.

We also support dynamic pricing from the PSE wholesale market. We add new hardware brands and providers quickly on request — usually within a week. Not sure? It depends on your inverter manufacturer — but either way it's straightforward. If your hardware requires a local connection (e.g. GoodWe), we ship you the Ogniwo device — about the size of a phone charger. You plug it into a power socket and connect it to the same network as your inverter, and that's it. If your manufacturer provides a cloud API (e.g. via their mobile app), you simply enter an API key — no physical device needed. The app walks you through whichever process applies to your setup, step by step.
